Re: The questionability of the 300% FEP hunger status
You might gain stats back but you still won't have skills. It will just make recovery to the point where you can develop at your old speed faster. And when chars have high stats it will be probably less impactful anyway.

I think the mechanic is probably fine as it is as long as the FEP hunger bar doesn't stay on the 300% long enough for hearthling to recover stats to the 100+ range in one go.

It does through use of feast + good food.epicless wrote:I think the mechanic is probably fine as it is as long as the FEP hunger bar doesn't stay on the 300% long enough for hearthling to recover stats to the 100+ range in one go.
Stats are arguably just as valuable as skills/abilities.Avu wrote:You might gain stats back but you still won't have skills. It will just make recovery to the point where you can develop at your old speed faster. And when chars have high stats it will be probably less impactful anyway.
You might have 900 ua but hitting someone with 10 str will not damage them at all, flip it around and unless the enemy has a move that lasts long enough you can easily get one hit in and probably OHKO them

I don't think you want a repeat of the Salem fiasco with the purity so leave it and leave it the way it is will minimize drama and it's not really that badjorb wrote:It was needed for purty math where time to lose a FEP level is a function of level's effectiveness, but perhaps it can be adjusted.
I can already foresee the wonderful reactions we'll get if/when we change it. #seatribeilluminaticonfirmed, #stabbingthecommunityback, #Dolchstoßlegende
