Should be fixed right now, I'm running it now as a test, but it seems to be downloading the files. Redownload the download link up there and let me know if that doesn't work. Also, post the contents of the updater.log file in the future if the updater has issues.
I'll be looking into dumping all the output from the actual game to a log file too to help debugging crashes and stuff.

Like what BDew's client did? It basically shows the whole tile in a slightly large minimap area.

Yeah i'm working on dumping all client errors and stuff to a log so i can determine if a crash is my fault or part of the original client, and hopefully fix either.

I updated hafen-minion.jar so anyone that already downloaded it should download it again and just replace the old one with the new one. (the new one will not check to see if it needs updates and tell you to go download it, which honestly should only happen if i need to add a new library which should be rare)

GJ on the updates! My favourite client so far a few convenience things missing but a lot more to play with than the other clients so far.
