I'm pretty sure that PayPal can force them to reimburse the downtime, especially if it's as much as it is. I'm not paying for a game that doesn't work, especially when a functioning game is what they're marketing. Oddly enough, I was about to put serious thought into getting a whole year's subscription before I remembered all the crashes. Maybe when it works (because I know it's being worked on), I'll buy it.

Probably, but not all customers want to swim through a library's worth of forum posts to make sure their purchases aren't crappy. It should probably be noted on the store page until the bugs get fixed. You're right, though. I remember seeing that. I was going on a rant and not thinking straight.
Apologies for the late reply. There are only two of us, and only one who knows the ways of the server inside out. If you do not wish to pay for what we are providing then that is certainly your prerogative. We have the ambition to restart as soon as the server goes down.
