Major bug with curios, or somehow intended?

Alt Stats:

Restarted both clients and the issue was still persisting. I'm posting this in case it's a bug, I've noticed a severe lack of certain curios on my main character with leveled stats, however I'm finding these bloated bolete on my character that has next to no perception/exploration. What's going on? My friends can't see this curio either, and claim they've only found a few of them.

Edit: As you can see the character with almost no stats is seeing things that even my main character can't see.

Not sure exactly how recent noticed it a few days ago wasn't sure what to think, but it's starting to happen a lot so I decided to post it in bug forums.

I don't believe it's a bug. I remember Jordan Clark talking about how he found a bluebell on 11 exp*pec character. I think you can find anything with any perception * exploration, having them just increases your chances in finding them.

How is my other character NOT seeing it then? They're standing side by side in the screenshot, this just seems off.

Finding rare foragables is strange and weird, quite simply. The idea is that finding rare things shouldn't be predictable. Not a bug.

Finding them is strange and weird, but seeing it on a lower tier account, and not seeing it on a seperate more advanced character is what I'm questioning here. This is working as intended? The screenshots are taken within seconds of each other without picking the curio up on either account. One account sees it ( with WAYYY lower exploration and perception ) while the other account does not see it.

Finding them is, again, strange, weird, and personal. Not all hearthlings are alike, and a more advanced character is not guaranteed to help you, though the forageables should still have about the same minimum requirements as always. Not a bug.
