For clarification I should note this has been happening for a few days now, and could have possibly coincided with me updating my java to the newest version.

Well, I've proceeded to turn off all lighting, and so far I have quit crashing since this. I've put in 3-4 hours this way, I think.

edit: ok, so this didn't do much, but seems like the time between crashes is longer. I've not recorded the times very well to see.

When I tried to move the character window just now, it crashed the second I click it with this error. Right clicked a rabbit carcass in cupboard and had it as well.

Constantly Crashing in Houses, only Houses

Post by TeckXKnight »

Has been like this since world start, all types of houses cause me to crash when I enter them or walk around in them. Java is up to date, everything else is generally fine except for the odd crash here and there. Just houses cause me to crash every single time.

Same here, and more frequently since latest Java update.
BTW, Jorb has been merging these threads.

Do you know which is the appropriate thread to merge into?

Are there, by any chance, any particular objects and/or effects on screen when this happens?

It happens to me almost always in my cabin.
Chair, table, cupboards, tub.
