Sleeping doesnt do anything?

Sleeping doesnt do anything?

I just finshed building a sturdy bed yestrday but when i left my charcter to sleep in it for 1 real life day the travel weariness didnt do anything. Help?

ive found that if you sleep but dont respawn at where you loged off/sleped you will gain no rest for sleeping
