Key rings?

So I was told you can make a key ring from a metal nugget, and you get metal nuggets from metal bars. Does tin work? and if so is there something special I need to do to turn the bar to a nuget?

Metal discovery gives you nugget recipe. Use a bar of tin on it when it's lit with charcoal to make nuggets.

Pretty sure any metal works for keyrings. If not you can turn it back into a bar before your charcoal burns out.

you sure? cuz I have discovered tin bars out of a furnace. I didn't discover the ore, just the bar from the furnace, and I dont have a nugget recipe
