similar situation happened to me. I made a new beehive recently and harvested it right away which gave 10q honey. Then, I let it wait for a few days and harvested again once it stacked up 2 more L of honey and it became 0q honey.

Got the same issue. I noticed it cause i just stored the rest of the honey in a barrel, thus getting only the new batch in the bucket. But given that the quality of the honey i had in the bucket has been declining, i would guess the issue ticked in after a couple days.
Edit: and the next "harvest" i get q10/10/10 honey instead. Heh.
