Cellar size

Is size of cellar same nevermind of where i build it - cabin or mansion?

P.S. If two houses stays near to each - will it have problems with cellars or not?

Cellars don't intersect with each other, and they do scale with the size of the house.

Generally speaking people usually only bother with cellars on mansions.

House interiors are instanced. Cellars, and in the case of Mansions with a second floor, is just another room in the same instance for that house where you must use the respective object to enter (trap door or stairs). Each house has its own instance.

i'm not sure the metal needed for the cellar is worth the handful of stones you get out of a cellar in the small cabin, but the old house (not yet reimplemented) was worth it for the space.
