Recreate:
Person A owns claim
Claim is set up as follows:
White: All permissions off
Green: All permissions off
Blue: All permissions on
Person B is changed from Green to Blue in Person A's hearth list
Person B is able to interact with Person A's claim
Person B is changed from Blue to White or Green
Person B is still able to interact with Person A's claim until they log out and back in
