Can't learn new combat move

Twice now I've tried to use the lean new skill option while fighting ants, a message has come up saying that a move (can't remember which one) is now available. But there is no new combat move to be found.

Check your system messages, it'll tell you. You can receive duplicates of moves you already have.

Oh, I see, that could be the case. I relogged after I got it (thought that might be the issue). I'll report back next time I get a new option

So I've tried it a few times now
There is no system message and no new combat move from four times of pressing that button (and the option then dissapearing) while in combat.
I have 25ua and are fighting ants if that helps.

They have to have no blocks up when the discovery attack hits, but you probably already know that. Just to make sure.

It is possible to run out of moves to learn based on what you have in your deck. I'd have to double check a couple past posts to make sure what the conditions on this are.
