Still not really a fair point. Players have a buffer from 1000 down to 1. If you're paying attn, you'll see the SHP happening. Stop mining/digging/chopping, stop drinking and GO EAT SOMETHING.

Problem is:
The difference in damage taken from starvation is too much different when you are at 1% and 0%.
When you have 1000%-1% it's like 2 SHP per ? seconds.search.php?search_id=newposts
But when you get 0% it's 20 HHP per second.
Adjustment should be in this period from 1000% to 1% so that it can be more legit and predictable.
Otherwise it's just becomes sudden death, while player is thinking that he will just get -4 SHP or even -10 SHP, but not -20 HHP.

If you are starving You are currently suffering or dieing of starvation. This should be very self explanatory and mean that you will die very soon if you dont eat. Sudden death at 0% energy is predictable.

I dont recommend swimming long distances, they might be harmful for your health.

Can confirm it's a similar system for swimming, when you deplete your stamina you lose HHP at -20 per second
