Vclaim is cheap, you should have it before BW.

Most large villages in old Haven finished their brickwall before they got a village claim over it. Claiming a large area with a vclaim was a very slow process and is now even slower because of the slower crop growths and less yield from them.

Less yield? Totally not, slower growing? That neither.

You get enough seeds for 2 flax per harvest instead of 3, so ya, less yield seedwise so it's harder to make mass fields.

Either way, the big thing is how ridiculously easy it is to grief someone with pclaims. You can literally make as many as you want, and it costs you a dream and bones. I've griefed cave entrances just for the hell of it, i have like 10+ pclaims tied to my char all with 0 LP spent expanding them. It's a problem.

I guess you get enough for 3 if you got enough skills. But in that way of thinking they got less seed yield but its still 1 hemp fibre / crop. And beehive makes the growing time about same as it has been previously.

A village claim is cheap, but banners in sufficient quality are not at this point in the game. It takes a lot of fibres to make enough linen to make banners, and you can only increase the size of your flax fields once per harvest.

Why all the banter about a village idol. The OP could have Pclaimed the area, at maybe no more than 10K LP, before he was griefed. He cheaped out and only dropped a minimum pclaim by the corner post (which you can see in his screen shot).

Can we just get cheaper cost for banners maybe? 25 cloth (if that's what it used to be) seems like a lot. Just make it require stones like everything else

Why not make a pclaim easy to destroy for the first day or so? Or is making claims vulnerable for a day going to cause problems?

Sry was just goofing about the stone part m8.

I was hoping for some cheaper banners tho, or even if they could make it require other mats as well as reduced linen cloth cost . Such as a few hardened wax.
