I think Haz425 is on topic. Replying like you did isn't much helpful.

Anyways, in my opinion, the best model would be paying to buy playing hours (without free time per week), with the option to subscribe to have unlimited time for the month. For example, something like 5$ for ~80 hours and 10$ for subscription.

But now with the account verifications already bought, it is kind of hard to change that.

Right now, the main problem is people who want to play a bit more than 14 hours, but are not willing to subscribe for 10$ for an extra 4-5 hours per week. the solution would be an option to buy game time. But because of the free time available, the game time should be quite more expensive, like 5$ for 30 hours or something? or maybe more/ less, I don't know. I think the option to buy game time would both provide more profits, and make the certain group of customers more happy.

I'm not sure why you've locked onto this particular sentence, it's meaning and relevance is dwarfed and vestigial compared to the rest of the post. I'm sorry if it was offensive or insulting, I didn't mean to insinuate or imply that your business is somehow failing, because it's not.

This opening sentence was meant to to make way for the idea that improvements could be made in order to increase and maximize profitability and to increase the overall happiness of the community (i.e. to create and develop a working/effective business model). One of the reasons I always wanted seatribe games to go b2p is because its only way to really nerf alting. but this current system if anything promotes alting more than before, made 3rd alt this week as low on gametime on verified account.

I've never liked paying subs, even if I end up spending less money - its just I don't like to feel pressured to play the game - I like to buy something and own it play it whenever I want.

If game was completely buy to play, you needed to pay $25 for each character slot. people would unavoidably end up paying for alts, but they would be supporting the game and alting would still be less commonplace as it would be more optional than necessary like currently. Extra money could still be made by selling cosmetic items. Thats just my 2cents, subs suck. f2p is overated. gw2 has best/fairest mmo pay model out there and is successful.

Considering huge AAA titles that have been around for years still experience server downtime upon patching/upgrades and when releasing new content (see: Blizzard's World of Warcraft) for days/weeks you can't really complain. The amount of crashes and downtime that we've experienced over the past few days is pretty insignificant in comparison to some other titles.

Besides, it's not like your game-time is even being used whilst the server is down. Your game-time is only ever used when you're playing, unlike most other subscription-based/game-time models.
