decrease debuff

the debuff red handed makes it so you can not port to your hf within an hour of committing a serious crime, maybe decrease this to 30 min?

When i first got the debuff, i thought the idea was that the debuff lasted as long as your scents do. I consider it lasting 1 hour to be a blessing

How about 'increase it to no hearthing until the scents fade'?

How about increase it until hearth is reached and no logout until all summonable scents are gone?
