Oh? We have as far as I know responded to every account or payment related question/pm/whatever we have gotten within a day or so. I'm not sure what's so poor about it.Procne wrote:poor customer service
Anything in particular you're lacking?

You have an accumulated playing time of 5 weeks, 3 days, 07 hours, 34 minutes, 10 seconds. My gift to you, sir.Russaria wrote:partaken of their oh so generous work?
I would extend it to every issue people have with the game, not only payments support. Lack of communication when servers go down for extended periods of time, no reimbursements policy when people lose progress because of bugs etc. We could get into discussion about what is possible/fair or not, how there is only 2 of you and so on, but not sure if there is any point to it. Comparing to other MMOs and how they handle issues like this I see HnH's way of handling those as "poor".jorb wrote:Oh? Is there a particular point you are trying to make, or are you here merely for flaming? I assume you found nothing in my post to which you could stick your regular flames, so you had to make something up. Nowhere in my post I have mentioned 3rd world country. But if you live in such a country then you will have to accept that entertainment imported from 1st world countries may be quite expensive for you. Do you also whine that PC hardware is expensive?Russaria wrote:And that's goes double for the above poster with a non sense rant about what? Starving in a 3rd world country for a pc game and that if you wouldn't pay an outrageously OP price for it you are a bottom feeder. Really. Dude, I may love cheesecake too, but if the one on the shelf costs 24.99 and the jello no-bake in the box is almost as good but costs 2.49 Guess which one I have to choose, not because I'm cheap, but because I'm a sane person with a 8 year old son to take care of and know the difference between hedonistic self gratification and/or a slam out grift!!! another word you can look up if it flies over your head. You people keep making this about money alone, as opposed to the behavior as well.
LoL, this is not my first account m8, I lost access to mine a long time ago.Russaria wrote:Joined: Wed Feb 25, 2015 7:00 pm = who's "we" there bubba? We as in you? We as in US? Sure, the p2p system as it is now is not perfect, and could use some changes, but it is not that bad to charge for the game.
Shit, these 2 have been coding this game for 7 years now out of their own time and money, we have enjoyed playing the game for 7 years for free.
OHHHH there it is.
