Custom Amount Donate Button

A donation option that allows you to donate a custom amount so I don't have to drop 5 dolleriedoos on a hat and can instead just drop 0.99$ or something if I have some spare change and want to support the devs somehow.

I doubt 0.99 is worth donating, all kinds of fees make it so small amountt.
