Is this any kind of achievment? Should I be proud or that's average? I have the feeling people kind of ignore Stealth in this game.

My Int is 52, if anyone is curious.

I've not noticed this at all this world, but that definitely wasn't the case in classic haven
Scents all have a set amount of ticks when they're left that slowly decay over time, stealth won't affect amount of scent ticks or duration. Stealth is what affects how large of a pie slice the person tracking you will see. A larger pie means that they're more likely to go off course and not find you, but that being said we've found people with huge pie slices just by following rivers and checking bases

Seems like stealth has much more impact in this world, if someone has decent stealth (and whatever attribute goes along with it, if any) it's actually pretty hard to see their scents without having a good amount of per*exp yourself.

Well, I remember a post of some people that chased down a criminal and posted their stats. He had 70 UA and 1 Stealth and he is dead. I am kind the opposite and I am still alive

Ahem, in purus pasta you can check checkbox that automatically puts criminal acts on when you log in
