Idea for recipe of a horse sausage

This, my friends, is the glorious "Qazy" - traditional sausage made of horse meat. It originates from Kazakhstan, the country of former nomads that surely knew a LOT about horses. Since Hafen is missing recipes of dishes made of horse meat, thought that it might be a good idea.

Suggested recipe:
3x horse meat (to maintain the balance, since horse gives quite a few meat)
1x intestine
