Asphixiation debuff
Not a huge bug, but I noticed that after my asphyxiation "wound" healed by itself, I had to logoff and relog to get rid of the -5 int debuff.

Previously reported. Often times after healing wounds, the character display isn't updated properly. Logging out and in fixes it visually. Jorb says it is correct on the server.

Aware, previously reported. General update problem with buffs/debuffs. Will fix. Thanks.
