There are different degrees of friends though. I was friends with some of the factions of world 6 but stayed out of the conflict and mostly traded. The world you are probably looking for is allies.

Still sadly I haven't been following the politics of late so I am not sure if they are actually allies and, if so, what is the reason.

Either way, I'd like to hear from them if they insist they aren't actually allies.
