Ant combat bug (no hostility)

I ran into this today when I was testing nooblife in anticipation of the world reset.

When you agro an ant and then go to a place it cant reach (i.e. inside a cabin or onto the water.) and then put ure combat to not wanting conflict (make the two swords icon into a branch and sword) you can attack the ant all you like and it wont try to fight back.



Edit: okay I just tried this:

I agro'd all ants around a mound and did the non agro glitch described above. when I now raid the nest the ants are all apathetic about my ruining their nest.

ya tested this, this is a bug. once the ant cant reach you due to the water, it will no longer fight back.

Also why do ants have over 50hp? i find that rediculous seeing how we only have 100. i had my nooby with 3 unarmed and 10 strength punch one, it took 4 hits to kill , a 10,19,22 then dead.....

no no you are understanding it wrong, ants have 1Hp
but sicne they are in swarms of 50
=50 hp

Does ant damage decrease as you deal damage to it?
If not, you're fighting one ant with 50 HP, sprites be damned.
