No HF spawn to prevent miss use of alts?

Read some posts here and there and concluded the hf spawn was removed due to alts beeing used.
When i now read the ICA threads it seams most of those players that are most powerfull on server (none-casusals(?!)) have many alts anyways.

Yes and with that beeing said, casuals won't do it but hardcores definitly will. Giving them even more edge as they can throw alts around for pvp or pretty much whatever puniching the poor casuals even more for beeing casuals. So the alt situation, to my mind, seams even worse then before.
