Could anyone who's having this issue PM me his client settings?

Run from command prompt (search for cmd in the windows search bar):

Code: Select all

REGEDIT /e c:\settings.txt HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haven
This will produce c:\settings.txt with the settings. Open it in text editor and remove line starting with "logins" which contains your login details before sending.

Mobs don't seem to have a set aggro radius. You can be right up next to a bear and it not aggro but you could also get aggroed from badgers etc from 10 + tiles away.

Seems to be a bit more based on line of sight? Or a random chance? Not too sure.

Yes please. Our village lost one of our wagons, and it'd be really helpful to see them on the minimap so it'd make it easier trying to find it again. >.>

It's somewhere! :D

Update. Mostly bug fixes...

New:
  • Option to activate System log on login (dev. by b0r3d0m). See General Settings.
  • Option to auto select 'Split' action. See General Settings.
Fixed:
  • Crime/tracking buff icons and auto activations not working as expected when switching characters.
  • Minimap not updating on tiles change.
Misc:
  • Resource/tile info on shift/shift+ctrl functionality can be switched off and on now with ctrl+i. By default it's switched off.
  • Added wagon icon to Hide icons list.
  • Merged changes from the vanilla client which supposedly fix mouse issues on Mac OS X Java 8.

Mac OS X users - since loftar fixed the mouse issue I'll be discontinuing Java 6 build with the next release or soon after.
Also mainline release which is currently compiled for Java 7 will be switching to Java 8 as well, so it might be a good time to upgrade if you are still on Java 7 :P

Would it be possible to tweak automining so that you don't drink once you are above 90% stamina? This would cut back on excess energy burning that using automining comes with.

But wouldn't the end result be the same in that case? :?
You'll still spend same amount of energy per area just will get interrupted more on hard tiles.
