Weren't you already playing Legacy haven with frost even though it's a dead server?

I have not said anything about the death of legacy haven, mostly because I don´t care, but it should be note worthy that the old legacy haven & hearth was sadly much more fun then the current haven & hearth is, despite all the new features and updates.

I do get a bit confused when people say this. Apart from the graphics what is really different about the two? Isn't everyone bored because the mechanics and the progression are exactly the same now as they were in legacy? What is making you bored in this iteration of Haven that you have more fun doing in legacy?

I doubt the quality grind is any more interesting in legacy than it is in Haven 2 and what else would you be doing in that dead world. I guess raiding abandoned settlements is an option but that is only fun for so long.

The new one is the old with a lot of additional (not very meaningful but still) content and bug fixes. People just romanticize their old exploits and bug abuses.

If anyone actually plays the old one for the graphics it confuses me, but I guess that is personal preference.

I don't disagree with you at all and you're right about all of those things being factors that contribute towards the overall staleness of this world, I just don't agree that legacy is any better though. A fresh world in Haven 2 would probably be just as fun for many people as one in legacy would be.

I want to believe that, I really do, but won´t until I play the next world and see it for myself.
