Eat and Drink "tutorial"

Hey, I'm not sure if it's intended, because now the energy goes from 5k to 10k, so it means that to complete the task I'll have to eat 5k worth of energy... I don't think this is clever for a tutorial, "the heck with your stats, just fill yourself up to the MAAAAX"
