not necessarily, things you throw out in water can be fished up anywhere in the world.

So what do you guys do if you fish up junk? I just throw it back to the river gods... but I guess this means the pool of crap for fishing will expand endlessly like the plastic in the oceans.

We need some volunteers to clean up all the crap. Just got a quality 1 nettle shirt whilst typing this... back to the river it goes...

i put it on the ground and not back into the river for that exact reason.

Lol, it's not rl, I just chuck it back in hoping it eventually goes back to the person who threw it in in the first place! :D
