Level cap on Attributes and Abilities:
There is a level cap on Attributes & Abilities of 300 points. You can go higher than that using equipment and other stat bonuses.
Verified Accounts level up 10% faster (gain 10% more LP and FEPs) than Free Accounts, and can gain 10 more levels than Free Accounts (e.g. 310 total).
Subscribed Accounts level up 30% faster than Free Accounts, and can gain 30 levels more than Free Accounts (e.g. 330 total).

Does the level cap system mean that you can have all attributes up to 300(310/330), and all abilities up to the same value?

Or is the character level calculated by summing all attributes and abilities, as a total sum (i.e.: str + dex + psy = 25 + 15 + 20 = level 60), or is it equal to the sum of the highest attr. and the highest ability (25+15+20 means level 25)? I'm confused by the word "total".

I.e. (even in theory) can I have a character that has 300 in all attributes? Or 300 in all abilities? Thanks.

You can go up to 300/310/330 in each individual attribute and ability.

I was mining walls to try and find a ore vein and got a cave in on the tunnel wall. A whooping 50 HHP damage. Is there anyway for me to prevent this? Trying to get my first bit of metal but am afraid of a second cave in now.

Also I cant seem to shoot my sling/bow from a boat. Is this intended?

No, but it is a fix that the devs have been slow to get done. If you can find the right angle, you can shoot from a boat. I don't know what it is, though, as I haven't been patient enough to search for it.

What determines sling damage? It certainly isnt the ammo unlike with bows.
