Charter Stone Teleportation Bug

We have built 2 charter stones, but my characters cannot port and receive an error message "You are too tired of travelling to go there". But my characters have no travel debuff, and I have consumed Heartwood Leaves.

Are they close together? Maybe stats like agi affect how far you can go again and that's your issue.

They're pretty far but If its impossible to teleport alts without agility and impossible to teleport characters with outlaw then the whole charter stones idea is freaking stupid.

It was never stated in the update that agility had any effect yet, only that you get travel weariness for it so this could be a bug at least for now but don't think they won't add agility requirements for it in the future if they haven't yet because they will.

This might be an opportune moment to reveal that Charisma determines how far you can travel. ^^

So you need to make a charisma non-criminal alt just to port around. Doesnt it sound retarded to you? Atleast make it possible to port around with outlaw losing more travel weariness, cuz getting charisma on alt just to port is really annoying.

Except real characters basically always have scents out for most people?

All my real characters have outlaw debuff,I know that you wanted to make charisma usefull but people will just make fresh alts & eat raw muttons or aurorchs(forgot which1) to get some charisma, wear bear tooth talismans and thats it.
