Wheelbarrows and soil stockpiles

Please let us fill low levels of our land surveys by using soil taken from stockpiles which are placed within the surveyed area

Also, being able to fill in land using the soil from inside a wheelbarrow would be a nice thing

Maybe they could add a movable machine that can fill in dirt that you put in it

place soil stock piles in a cart with wheelbarrow? maybe all stockpiles placesable in cart using a wheel barrow? makes moving crap about easier :P
