If I recall right, no, you currently cannot use a raft to move livestock or other vehicles (carts, wagons, etc). I'd have to double check the patch notes to make sure. Seems like it got buried in the thread. Here's the thread: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=46999&hilit=raft
