Lemme see if I understand the situation: a bug was found and exploited to its entirety, abusing from broken game mechanics on the abuser own benefit AND on the harm to another customer, but neither the customer who got harmed is getting anything back, neither the abusers are getting any kinds of punishment?
What I understand by this is that commiting REALLY ilegal acts are allowed and ENCOURAGED over playing the game legally!

As far as I've read, there were no charterstone involved on THIS act, the vclaim used to go over bobs plot is NEWER than his plot (so, as the patch notes from previous patchs, newer vclaims CAN'T revoke older pclaims rights!), and, even if his outert gates were open, the inner gates were closed. This is by far completelly different from the last scenario, and deserves a DIFFERENT look into it! If not, I feel I'm being encouraged to find out a duplicating bug, abuse from it for all I want, and if anyone wants to punish me, I'll just refer to this 2 cases and say "Hey, you haven't punished bug abusers before, you can't punish me now"! And believe me... someone can REALLY harm the game using a dup bug! (infinite LP through the use of duped ices and duped high LP curios that can be used to make HUGE pclaims all over the world? anyone?)

As someone stated before (I think it was amanda), different cases need different looks and different veridicts! And since we changed from "free users of a system" to "paying customers", guess what? We actually got customer rights over our payments! (and no, since it's a SHOP, clearly labelled as a SHOP, and we get something in return for our spent money, and prices ARE set, you can't call this "donations")
So, I guess this case need to be looked diferently than the other one.
And if we stay by "the law applies to all", whell... I remember some village getting NUKED last world for bug abusing... So, if the bug abusers this world are getting a DIFFERENT treatment, those who were hit by the bug should ALSO get a different treatment aswell!

So far, I can only see 2 options here:

1 - Make the law to everyone the same - NUKE both the last case abusers and this case abusers as happened on the last world!
2 - Make each case, a different case - treat this case DIFFERENTLY from other cases, since there's obiously a real bug abuse, and no security flaws on the harmed part, meaning he couldn't do ANYTHING to even prevent THIS scenario!

I don't post much on here, and never really got a fight with anyone on the forums before if that I can recall. But this kind of stuff, where someone, no matter WHO, gets damaged by something he COULDN'T prevent, and those who did the damage gets to walk free, and nothing is done neither to punish the abusers, neither to repair the harmed one, just piss me off.
I'm having my own troubles with some game mechanics here (like taming times being completelly random) and never really complained about it to this point. But NOW I'm affraid that, at any point, I can just loose everything I'm working into and PAYING FOR just because a NERD got his time to disasemble game mechanics, find holes in it, use it against me, and the devs will do absolutelly nothing! And this means I'm even affraid on investing more money on it!
