Devs are the most intereseted ones in give security to costumers once the game is fully released. Right now they are just 2, and even with mistakes, they have stoped developing for hours just to solve this dramas.
I think everything is going in the right direction and the comunication channels with them are working at 100%. Thats some optimistic data we have here.
Game developement has its phases and I hardly doubt it will be like that forever. Logic tells me that sooner or later they will make the step forward and they will start advertising it as a final product.
World of Warcraft, and any other game, has a continous developement and every x time new content is added in various form. Ie: Worlds of draenor was an expansion with a lot of bloked content. In every patch they release some more. This allows devs to improve the work and avoid players to get to the last stages or end game soon enough to get bored. All the mmo games actually have a "eternal" developement.
Have devs says that this game will be in this stage forever?
