Here is the jist of it: If jorb sets a precedent to punish a crime, and that exact same crime is committed again, and in the same circumstances, should he give the same punishment?
Now that i've cooled my head, and more willing to talk about this issue, I want to explain to you why people are so angry about all this, and why those threads are still being spammed, so perhaps jorb and loftar and new joiners can understand.
Basically Jorb encouraged bug raiding on odditown(the wizards), and then when ainran abused this (which I knew they would) and bug raided someone uninvolved, they pretended to jorb that person was part of odditown. (in this case, that person happened to be me)
This hermit who lives on the literal opposite side of the world from odditown, this hermit who is 3 or 4 hours by boat from odditown, and has no trails linking that hermit to odditown, and lives 2 minutes from brodgar was bug raided.
Previously when odditown was bug raided last world, you nuked the characters of everyone who did it, and even cratered their base.
The punishment in this case however, even upon jorb discovering ainran knew I was a hermit that lived literally on the opposite side of the world of odditown, and had absolutely nothing to do with them. No trails to them, no raiding with them, nothing whatsoever. That punishment was a slap on the wrist.
Their palisade and place got wrecked a little bit. Perhaps it was an improvement over their dumpy alt base.
A character nuking was the PRECEDENT THAT JORB SET, but did not follow through.
Even if jorb believed i was part of odditown only later to discover I was not. Doesn't your precedent still stand?
Jorb appears to make up the rules as he goes, and bend them when he feels like it. Appearently ignorance of the law DOES shield you from it lol
Then jorb turns around to me, and says the precedent is no character resurrection, no items restored, not even a character burial.( though he did say he tried to find my corpse after I asked, but appearently couldnt" though that should have been included regardless if that is your precedent. Though, at this point, i dont think even he knows what that is anymore.
I was basically given a month sub and told good luck.
If justice was served according to the precedent you set, then I would have had no issues, and kept playing.
Other people are scared this will happen to them. If one hermit can be raided with impunity, what of them?
Hopefully that is clear enough, as to why people who don't even like me, are still outraged at this.
Proof
With about 2 minutes of searching, here is proof ainran knew i was part of brodgar, and they had been lying through their teeth.
NaoWhut wrote:Vagina dole still holding onto his only
victory in the history of his existence.
Well... it wasn't really Vagina Dole's...
but i guess he was there
This vagina dole thing was started when I moved a few minutes from brodgars old base, so i could get away from ainrans raids, which were happening very often at brodgar. You can find many ainran members who have said this vagina dole thing, and since they have raided brodgar constantly, they already knew I moved a little ways from it. They found my new place after aggroing me in old brodgar, while i was collecting a few things at my old place, in which they nearly killed me.
Considering naowhut has been calling me this, and you can find quotes of it everywhere if you search it, that means he has read this thread, in which it originated. This thread on where there is undeniable proof i am part of brodgar.

There is much much more, if you cared enough to search, but jorb is busy, and understandably so.
Now that you have your proof jorb, WHERE IS YOUR PRECEDENT?
Nuke them properly like you did before, and all issues would be resolved. I won't care about all i've lost, and you keep keep on with your "precedent"
