It took me for more than 3 trips to get my first barley seeds. It is seem that will be the hardest seed to get. But, you only need to getting it once.Andrew_Deer wrote:Alright, thanks. Though I am daily searching through maybe 20 minimaps, but no barley anywhere. Lol, bad luck it is then. Thank you.

3 trips? you are very lucky. I have been foraging 5 days now and still no luck.Ysh wrote:It took me for more than 3 trips to get my first barley seeds. I managed to plant a 5*9 area of most crop just out of the www i foraged. This is my strongest farming start ever lol.
Now being serious, i really hope they change the barley spawn rate, or just make it random for all the www instead of zone-based. Its getting ridiculos annoying.

Re: Grand List of Simple Questions
Can someone explain the tamed animal mechanics in detail? i have some questions.
Does cattle and lamb require a parent around? If so do they search for their mama or just any mama? how do they search it they look if there is a mom in their radius or they have to be able to touch the mama? I know they drink milk from their moms but ive heard they can drink from barrels too, so if i just seperate the baby and put milk in its container will it grow fine?
Is it possible to know the gender of a youngling before it grows up?

These are legacy, in current version you use the Dowsing Rod to find high (depth wise) water.Jacobian123 wrote:By water nodes he means the little water spots you find with the dowsing rods.
Prior to unlimited wells you could only place them where the water was highest (but there were no water spots like in legacy), now you can build wherever you want but need a longer rope and more stones in case the water is deeper...
