Invisible Object?

I was plowing some land and i came across a tile that has something invisible on it. I cannot walk past it or do anything to the tile. I tried building something on it and wont let me. Here is a pic of the tile, its nothing special.

5$ say it's a hazelnut tree. Those don't load for me quite often.
