There is no prior information. It is just a speculation, mostly stemmed from the fact that he broadcast his siege. I am also uncertain if this is an actual attempt to attack due to said broadcasting.

Emerald noticed the pali bubble like 3 hours after it went up but didn't want to leave vandalism to destroy it lol

Doesn't she have a bunch of friends near her that would all easily have vandal that could have break it? But they wouldn't help her because they are friends with Onep?
