Boars are way too aggressive.
Today this times, boars ahve been aggroing people from outside the walls. people are like 8 tiles away from walls, but boars still aggro them.

A boar is a mean beast. Attacking without line of sight is maybe too mean though.

I think if it is boar maybe it will attack if you are in its territory or if it is mother and with child. I do not know habits of this wild pig creature though.

Pretty much no animal attacks you except if you are between their child or the animal in case is like tiger or lion or something.

yeah but boars could at least fkof when u r behind a wall cause they wont reach u anyway and thats just retarded and it disturbs in some circumstances (for example teleporting to hf)

My guess is that animals currently don't do pathfinding or LoS checks on the aggression trigger test for performance reason.

Well since aggro of mounted chars are somewhat less frequent, I guess they do some check, but as usual, the checks are broken.
