Extra seed perks don't apply to peppercorn

The perks like Druidic Rite that increase the amount harvested don't seem to apply to peppercorn which still gives 2 or 3 per tile instead of 3 all the time.

Yes, they do, but peppercorn has a lower baseline.

anyway peppercorn isn't profitable enough currently for work required to get it. making 5x more food and a bit of cutlery + getting few salts is a lot easier
also its good to feast with alts imo and having to click and press button for every tile of peppercorn is annoying, until the farm is small, but small pepper farm won't give u anything

while harvesting peppercorn and having all the extra seed skills i occasionally still get 1 seed from a peppercorn plant...useless or not that seems off..

I think that currently its too hard to be useful.

I was just pointing out that its not just 2-3 its actually 1-3 even with all the skills, which getting the same # as someone without the skills every 3-4 harvests seems off
