What's the whole "Essence Substance Vitality" thing about anyway? I've been meaning to ask but kept forgetting..it get's confusing when sorting out the higher quality stuff because I'm not sure which to go by..

Depending on the item, each do a different thing. One might increase armor class, while others increase armor health or agility gained, for example.

pretty much like nooby said, each one determines certain stats, the stat they determine also depend on the item with this quality,for example, armor isn't food and doesn't give feps, so food gives more feps at higher vitality, but armor has higher wear.

Is there a certain stat or ability that I should be increasing to lower the Stamina required to do certain things? Or the better question would be, Is there a way to increase Stamina overall? Or does everything related to Stamina directly play off of the quality of the tool being used?

No, you generally can't decrease stamina needed except with tools, ie a metal shovel is better than a wood shovel for digging. Metal axe better than stone axe. No, you can't increase the max amount of stamina. The convenience bonus of subscribing speeds up actions overall, but doesn't decrease stamina if I recall right.

Convenience simply makes you spend your stamina bar faster, with same ratio of stamina spent and hourglass completed.

Pretty much. Better quality extract means better range and accuracy.

and yes, you can have more than one claim. Each additional claim beyond the first standing one is 4000 LP each. (If you declaim, then you don't have to pay the 4k)
