It's highly unlikely anyone from HnH would get charged with a crime in Montgomery or Philadelphia county, but if they did I'd consider representing them for free.Onep wrote:Think of it as an unpaid internship, I hear those are popular.
I was paid $20 an hour at my internship btw

Very wise that you choose the tiny HnH community to represent for free potentially, then again I think if any of us stood to go to court 99% of us would be guilty without a shadow of a doubt anyways.Robben_DuMarsch wrote:It's highly unlikely anyone from HnH would get charged with a crime in Montgomery or Philadelphia county, but if they did I'd consider representing them for free.Onep wrote:Think of it as an unpaid internship, I hear those are popular.

When you pass a state bar in the US, you are licensed to practice any type of law (excluding a few minor exceptions that require additional licensing, like IP law).ven wrote:What specialty?
But I plan on practicing only criminal defense.

I have a strange sense of respect for people who choose State law. Congrats.
If it was me I'd go immigration or something because it's Federal and I could move around the country.

Congrats. That's a lot of school.Robben_DuMarsch wrote:I'm going to be practicing, tentatively, in the Philly area, specifically in Montgomery County and Philadelphia itself.
Maybe you and jorb can have long discussions on international law we can all watch. Maybe we can watch certain forum members try to comment and end up with athlete's mouth.
