What i ask myself is: do this game literally drives any player to turtle himself into his walls, letting him not exploring anymore if not by charterstone? Do this game asks me to build likely 5-6 alts, one for each thing (gathering, farming, mining, building is what at least i can see now), because there's always a chance to loose the toon w/o a chance to really fight back or just run away? I mean, do i want really to loose my main while mining, because the troll can instakill me, and i, at best, have to hire some troll killers to get back my mine? Do really i feel the need to build a road, when after all is so easy to destroy a milestone and use his mechanics to ambush someone?

I would say it does. After you realize that you are inevitabely at the mercy of more combat-dedicated people, often not very worthy, here comes a mental crisis, in a form that you described in a very inspired fashion.

After some discussions and considering it was an allied village junior member that killed OP we've decided to set up a precedent and offer «wergild» of 350 crowns (up to the OP whether he wants it in items or coins).
Simply, repaying back some compensation for the kill. Also, it's up to the OP to take it or seek for blood revenge.
