Correct, but the ingame world is in such a state of anarchy that organizing such a thing would be nearly impossible.

everyone hates Dis because they kill noobs for no reason all the time then pretend they haven't

Because them and the ones like them:
- have driven every not completely twat big city player out of the game over time.
- murder noobs and hermits for little gain
- they bot, cheat and explot like crazy then lie about it
- they have stolen accounts with their client in the past
- they used a game crash abuse so bad it lead to several big areas becoming lost (simply gone impassible)
- they created a ghetto for noobs and hermits where they promised peace and then they attacked the inhabitants anyway when they got bored
- they recruit dickheads even bigger than the original soviet players
- they don't own up to their evil ways and would rather people see them as good guys when they are far from it
- they have the power to become a force for good if they wanted but choose not to because that would be too hard
- because they are nothing more than bullies that hold the game back
and because I learned to apreciate Koya more by comparison.
