Seems like the USA is pretty divided in that regard.jippe wrote: Hillary Clinton

Good luck to those of you living there with your new president/celebrity/hairpiece.

Its not crazy and it makes perfect sense.jippe wrote: not sure about that statement as the US has this crazy thing about some votes being more worth than others.. believe on actual votes at the moment it is
Theres lot of people in big cities, not that much in countryside.
If every vote would be equal, countryside people couldnt get their opinion heard, because people in big cities would have so many more voting power than others.

That's popular vote, not electoral.jippe wrote:not sure about that statement as the US has this crazy thing about some votes being more worth than others.. believe on actual votes at the moment it isJesus_Smith_Nandez wrote:even though Trump won by getting more votes and being in favour with more Americans. our lifespan has little to do with the planet's... the world is going to be around for a long time... but it's going to change and societies will react to it... http://climate.nasa.gov/Ysh wrote:The world was suppose to end every year of my live, but I am still here.iamahh wrote:scientists are predicting a run-for-the-hills scenario if Earth keeps warming up

Re: US Election
By any means, why we, as humans, need to see the world always as something that will never change? Because we fear that this change will include our destruction. If the world will be around even after us, why bother about the climate change? Because we fear that climate change will erase us as animal beigns..in short words, is just another matter of egoism, nothing else.iamahh wrote:our lifespan has little to do with the planet's... the world is going to be around for a long time... but it's going to change and societies will react to it... http://climate.nasa.gov/Ysh wrote:The world was suppose to end every year of my live, but I am still here.iamahh wrote:scientists are predicting a run-for-the-hills scenario if Earth keeps warming up

Oh my. Because the earth totally hasn't been dramatically warm before. Looks like we need to be put on full panic mode!
