Re: How do you cope with the reality?
I dream about what it is like to die. It's no better or worse than anything else that's ever happened to me.

Re: How do you cope with the reality?
I imagine the scenario where things went right. Then I alter reality to fit that scenario.

-=The law of inverse desire=- The chances of dropping what you want is the reciprocal of how much you want it.

Well, one thing is certain we will all be dead in 100 years.
In 200 years nobody will remember us.
So why the hell go around moping and feeling sorry for yourself?
Embrace life!

Re: How do you cope with the reality?
The first may or may not be true. With the way the average life span is increasing every decade, we might just figure out how to live to 120. (I'll be gone by then, but nobody cares about that.)dageir wrote:Well, one thing is certain we will all be dead in 100 years.

In 200 years... well, some people will leave a mark, others won't. You can never quite tell, but overall, yeah, we might only be remembered as a branch in the family tree*.
*If your family tree doesn't branch... you might be a redneck. (Ok, old joke from an old guy, but it's still funny stuff.)

The first documented photograph of Ares Gary Bankus I.
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”
An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

logic, honor and herbs.
no seriously, nothing illegal.
i started taking holy basil for hormone imbalance about 6 months ago though it's more touted as anti-stress herb it
help my issue along with remedying my depression. not saying it works for everyone, i just happen to do it for me.
