I do not know of it. I live in Connecticut district of United States American if you are interest enough for checking.

It is a wall made from tire. I am just rent this place, it is not mine. I assume it is from some incentive for recycle object, some people go nuts for these thing.

problem with taking care of old tires is that they don't dissolve. not otherway around.
