They've gone away from doing this sort of thing with other materials like leather/hardened leather, etc. Not a bug. I'd call it a feature request, and in that case, one that I can't see of being any use. How you going to know it's your "skull saw" if it gets mixed up with another identical saw?

I guess if you grind stats of a character high enough to have ~q500 skulls it would be really good bone material + with state funeral this shit would be spammable.
