For a swamp creature, maybe a spawn controlled by the player? Some sort of craftable to be used at a swamp to spawn said swamp creature, and the q determines the creatures q and strength. Like a raid boss, example: you'd need 3-4 people with okish stats to fight even a 40q one. Idk know about it being balanced, seems kinda exploitable. Being able to sacrifice something to spawn a monster-boss-thing seems cool though.

EDIT: Maybe we could use these at certain places such as localized resources? Like summoning Jötunns (nordic giants) at a Hearthwood Tree.

What could possibly go wrong with that?

Guys, in case you suggest new monster stuff: try to pull inspiration from nordic myths or it'll most likely not fit into the game setting.
