porcelan plate doesn't use pottery wheel

seems strange to me so I assume this is a bug. not sure about the earthenware plate but it would make sense that both of them would use the pottery wheel.

Toy Chariots also don't use the wheel to make.

I think this make sense. Potter wheel is for symmetry item.
