cannot clcik on screen to move character

the only way i can move is by clicking on the small mini map on the bottom left. I cant click anything on the screen? is this a bug or how do i fix thix

yea but how to know if im using 64bit java? do i have to download another java?

Windows Offline (64-bit), first remove the previous version.
